Kuri Yoji
One of the most important figures in the history of independent Japanese animation. He was the unofficial leader of the most influential association of Three Animation Association - the collective, which started the creation of independent animated films for adults. Kuri’s films described as black comedies are full of naive style and surrealism. Author of forty animated films is currently working as an illustrator and lectures at the Laputa Animation Art School.
