Mulloy Phil
Born in Wallasey, Cheshire, studied painting at Ravensbourne Art College in South London. Having completed a short animated film as part of his entrance requirements for the Royal College of Art, he specialised in making live-action film and television material. After college, he worked until the end of the 80s as a writer and director, realizing feature films. In 1989, when he shot a short film "Eye of the Storm", he decided to devote himself solely to animation. Since then he has made over forty films.
