Three teddy bears, Kuba, Misia and Bartek, decide to have a fun yet constructive holiday. They find their way, by accident, to an island reservation. On the island, while playing, they accidently injure Slow Worm and are sentenced to forced labour and have to work for the inhabitants of the reservation. Miss Misia takes care of the Mice, Bartek helps the Hamster tidy his pantry and Kuba is entrusted with helping the Beavers. However, time and again, their will to do good is dashed by bad luck...
